光球音樂祭 GLOWBALL FESTIVAL

「光球 GLOWBALL」取其 global（全球）的諧音，並以「glow」（發光）和「ball」(舞會、球體) 擁抱背景各異的你我，以電子舞曲跨越語言、地區和身體限制，共享社群精神，包容多元文化。這場由電子音樂人 Sonia Calico 主催的光球音樂祭，將於 6 月 1 日於臺北流行音樂中心南基地廣場、LIVE HOUSE D 盛大開演。邀請大家來到台灣首次面向跨國界文化的盛大舞會，隨著這世界各角落正生生不息的脈動，喚醒內心的光球。
 

"GLOWBALL" is derived from the homophone of "global," embracing the diverse backgrounds of individuals with the elements "glow" (shone) and "ball" (dance party, sphere). Through electronic dance music that surpasses language, location and physical limitations, we're aiming to foster a sense of community and to embrace diverse cultures.

The GLOWBALL Festival invites everyone to join our dance party, the first of its kind in Taiwan that is oriented towards transcultural experiences. As the vibrant pulse of the world flourishes in every corner, let us ignite the radiance within ourselves.
 

 

本次總計超過十組國內外具指標性的電子音樂人、舞者與藝術家、結合強烈視覺、聲光效果與 AR 科技的震撼演出。另有 Ballroom 舞會、跨界舞蹈企劃，盡展每個人的身體之美。音樂祭現場也少不了必需要的吃喝玩樂攤位，補足精氣神，一路玩到天黑。光球核心精神就是歡迎大家撕去身體標籤、拋開刻板限制束縛，在不同場域、不同節目變換中，盡情成為發光與搖擺晃動的光球，「別管那麼多，跳就對了！」

Featuring over ten iconic electronic musicians, dancers, and artists from both the domestic and the international scenes, the festival will combine powerful visuals, audio-visual effects, and AR technology, guaranteeing beautiful performances. There will also be interdisciplinary dance projects, ballroom dance parties, and market stalls.

Join us in shedding labels, liberating ourselves from stereotypes, and transforming into a luminous and rhythmic glowball. "Don't overthink it, just dance!"

Lady Shaka (紐西蘭/英國)

將毛利、太平洋原民歌謠化為舞池金曲，擋不住的酷兒魅力席捲各大音樂祭。
作為英國首個以太平洋島嶼文化為核心的派對 Pulotu Undeworld 首腦，Lady Shaka 驕傲地站在最前線，將毛利、太平洋原民歌謠化為高能舞池金曲。身兼舞者的她，更用擋不住的酷兒魅力席捲 Sónar、Boiler Room 等大型音樂祭主舞台。

 

Howie Lee (中國)

重新形塑中國電子音景的那雙手。
重新形塑中國電子音景的 Howie Lee，早已被 Dazed、Vice、Fact、The Quietus 等指標媒體所讚譽，而知名遊戲《Sifu》中翻攪腎上腺素的東方聲響，即是他為電子骨幹披上的傳統美學。此次 Howie Lee 也將帶來他的 Audio Visual Live（音像演出），迎接闊別已久的在台演出。

 

Nodey (法國/越南）

以視覺語言、全球舞曲轉譯越南傳統樂器和流行之聲，領西貢派對音樂入海外視野。
原是巴黎知名嘻哈 beatmaker 的 Nodey，在搬回父母的家鄉後，以燒腦視覺語言、全球舞曲轉譯越南傳統樂器和流行之聲，領西貢派對場景入海外視野。

 

Lujiachi & XTRUX
present 《Mantis A/V live》
feat. Minyen Hsieh、White Wu (台灣）

器樂、電子、AR 化螳螂意象，虛實一體的不完全變態演出。
破地獄、LUDU 吉他手／電子音樂製作人 Lujiachi 與新媒體藝術團體 XTRUX 再合作，邀請雙金薩克斯風手謝明諺、落差草原鼓手小白，以器樂、電子、AR 化螳螂意象，共同呈現虛實一體的不完全變態演出。

• 本活動未經主辦單位同意禁止攜帶專業攝影攝像器材，如空拍機等，影響他人觀賞節目之行為，經勸告未果，工作人員有權請求離場處理，並不予退費。

• 全區禁止吸煙，吸煙者請至指定吸煙區。屢勸不聽者主辦單位有權將請其離現場，並不予退費。

• 本活動禁止攜帶任何種類之槍械、刀械、棍棒、金屬、玻璃容器、鞭炮、煙火等危險物品，為確保現場活動安全，入場隨身行李及車輛須配合安全檢查攜帶物之程序。

• 本活動嚴禁攜帶、吸食、販賣交易任何管制藥品，如經查獲一律送警處理。

• 本活動禁止攜帶長柄雨傘（摺疊傘可），如遇雨天，建議攜帶雨衣。

• 本活動因場地限制及安全考量禁止攜帶滑板、滑板車、溜冰鞋、腳踏車、遙控飛機、遙控汽車、風箏、旗幟長杆、雷射筆等無法通過安檢的物品（以現場安檢情況為准）。

• 場地僅允許攜帶非兇猛與對人無危害之犬類與貓類進入，並請全程佩戴牽繩，請飼主自行清理寵物排泄物。若違反前述規則，主辦單位有權請飼主帶寵物離開活動場地，並不予以退票。

• 未成年者禁止購買與飲用酒精性飲料及吸菸、購買菸品以及進出吸煙區。喝酒不開車，開車不喝酒，因飲酒過量造成他人困擾，如經查獲主辦單位將有權驅除離場並不予退費。

• 本活動禁止吸食毒品、酗酒、第三方毀損、鬥毆、賭博、存放違禁物品或其他違法等行為，違反者將報警處理。

• 活動場地內外發生的刑事、民事案件（如竊盜、私人糾紛等），主辦單位、演出者將一概不負責，請觀眾妥善保管好自身財物及人身安全。

• 本活動禁止投擲物品、翻越隔離設施及其他任何危險行為，若因違反現場規定而導致發生事故，將追究相關責任及賠償損失。

• 本活動禁止任意破壞環境設施及設備，違反者將照價索取賠償。

• 本活動不提供租借輪椅及嬰兒車，但可自行攜帶，請自行評估狀況。

• 活動含強烈燈光及閃爍頻率，若您有癲癇症狀或曾有癲癇發作經驗, 需先接受醫生評估。某些人可能會因受到活動中反覆閃爍的光線、其他的光線刺激而引發眼睛疼痛、視覺異常、偏頭痛、痙攣或意識障礙（諸如昏迷）等症狀（光敏感性癲癇）。假如您在活動中遭遇上述任何類似經驗, 請立即與主辦聯絡。

• 本活動除主辦單位官方攤位及簽約合作廠商外，觀眾不得在場內進行交易及派發任何宣傳品，主辦單位得強制違規者離開會場，並不得要求退還票款。

• 肖像權使用聲明：肖像權使用聲明：購票本人同意並授權光球音樂祭活動拍攝、使用、改做、修飾、公開展示本人之肖像（包含照片及視訊影像，以下簡稱肖像）、名字、聲音…等，於本活動中所拍攝之作品。本人同意光球音樂祭活動就上述著作（內含上述授權之肖像、名字、聲音等）享有完整之著作權，其關係企業、受讓人、被授權人及繼受人得使用本人之肖像、名字、聲音…等於所有形式的著作載體及媒體。光球音樂祭得以各種媒體管道或印刷方式呈現授權內容之全部或部分、並可公開發表，無須再通知或經由本人同意，但於公開發表時必須尊重本人個人形象。

• 如違反主辦單位現場安全規定情節嚴重且或影響公共安全者，主辦單位有權移請警方處理，並不得要求退還票款。

• 若發生上述規範外之特殊狀況，主辦單位保有修改、變更、活動解釋及取消本活動之權利，未盡事宜請以售票網站或社群粉絲專頁公告為主，恕不另行通知。

• 如遇天候或不可抗力之突發因素，或經政府機關通知建議延期或暫停舉辦，主辦單位保留隨時調整應變或終止本活動內容與更換場地及藝人之權利。

• 依據文化部訂定之「藝文票卷定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項」第3點規定，藝文表演主要表演人員或主要節目內容，於預定表演前發生變動時，本活動提供之退（款）機制為：

• （一）公告退票（款）做法：於發生後5日內在官方網站社群媒體公告變動情形、理由，將依法辦理退款事宜及退款流程。

  （二）受理辦法：消費者於網路填寫google表單及檢附購票證明文件提出申請，以信用卡交易者提出信用卡爭議款。

  （三）退款途徑：消費者提供銀行帳戶，售票平台審核完成後匯款至該帳戶。

  （四）退款時程：消費者提出申請後10日內完成退款。

• 活動若因故延期或取消，主系統服務費、取票手續費、轉帳手續費及寄回郵資等，非屬票價部分不在退費範圍之內。

• 購買門票前，請先了解並同意以上規範，如不同意請勿購買，以免產生不必要之糾紛及損害；當進行購票及退票作業時，將視同您已瞭解並同意遵守以上全部事項。

• Children must be accompanied by at least one adult with a ticket. Please bring the child's ID for verification, such as a health insurance card, a parent or guardian must be with the child throughout the event.

• Those with a disability certificate (certificate must be presented on-site) and one accompanying person can purchase "accessible tickets".

• High school and vocational students can purchase preferential tickets for high school and vocational students with their student ID cards.

• If the performing artist changes or cancels due to force majeure or factors that cannot be prevented, and the refund period has expired, no refunds will be accepted.

• Tickets purchased through unofficial channels are not the responsibility of the organizer regarding authenticity.

• The organizer reserves the right to ban any counterfeit ticket holder from entering.

• Do not purchase tickets from unknown sources. If the sale of counterfeit tickets is discovered, the case will be reported to the police for legal action.

• No outside foods and drinks are permitted to be brought into the grounds. There will be a water filter available on site. Please remember to bring your own cup

• Unauthorized professional photography and videography equipment, such as drones, are prohibited at this event without prior consent from the organizers. Failure to comply with this policy, which disrupts the performances, may result in expulsion from the venue without a refund.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas. Smokers must go to designated smoking areas. Offenders may be asked to leave the premises by event organizers without a refund.

• Weapons of any kind, including firearms, knives, clubs, metal or glass containers, firecrackers, and fireworks, are prohibited at this event. To ensure safety, all personal belongings and vehicles are subject to security checks upon entry.

• The possession, use, or sale of controlled substances is strictly prohibited at this event. Offenders will be reported to the authorities.

• Long-handled umbrellas are prohibited (foldable umbrellas are permitted). In case of rain, attendees are advised to bring raincoats.

• Due to venue limitations and safety concerns, items such as skateboards, scooters, rollerblades, bicycles, remote-controlled aircraft, remote-controlled cars, kites, flagpoles, laser pointers, and other items that cannot pass security checks are prohibited.

• Only non-threatening and non-hazardous dogs and cats are allowed on the premises and leashed at all times. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Violation of this rule may result in expulsion from the event without a refund.

• Minors are prohibited from purchasing or consuming alcoholic beverages, smoking, purchasing tobacco products, or entering and exiting smoking areas. Offenders discovered by the organizers may be ejected from the event without a refund.

• The consumption of drugs, excessive drinking, vandalism, fighting, gambling, storing prohibited items, or engaging in other illegal activities is strictly prohibited at this event. Violators will be reported to the authorities.

• The organizers and performers will not be held responsible for criminal or civil incidents (such as theft or personal disputes) occurring inside or outside the event venue. Attendees are advised to safeguard their personal belongings and ensure their own safety.

• Throwing objects, climbing over barriers, or engaging in any other dangerous behavior is prohibited at this event. Those found violating venue regulations leading to accidents will be held accountable and may be liable for compensation for any damages incurred.

• Willful damage to environmental facilities and equipment is strictly prohibited. Offenders will be charged for damages accordingly.

• Wheelchairs and baby strollers are not provided for rent at this event, but attendees are welcome to bring their own. Please assess your own needs and conditions accordingly.

• The event may contain intense lighting and strong flashing. If you have a history of epilepsy or seizures, it is recommended to seek medical evaluation before attending. Some individuals may experience symptoms such as eye pain, visual abnormalities, headaches, seizures, or consciousness impairment (such as loss of consciousness) due to repeated flashing lights or other light stimuli during the event (photosensitive epilepsy). If you encounter any similar experiences during the event, please contact the organizers immediately.

• Except for official booths of the organizers and contracted partners, attendees are not permitted to conduct transactions or distribute any promotional materials within the venue. The organizers reserve the right to expel violators from the premises without a refund.

• By purchasing a ticket, you grant Glowball Festival full permission to capture, use, modify, edit, and publicly display your likeness, including photographs and video footage, along with your name, voice, etc., in works captured during the event. The festival, its affiliated entities, assignees, sublicensees, and successors are authorized to utilize your likeness, name, and voice in all forms of media for promotional and documentation purposes. The festival may showcase these works through various channels without further notice or consent. Your acceptance of these terms indicates your understanding and voluntary agreement with the conditions outlined in this Portrait Rights Declaration, forming part of the overall terms and conditions of Glowball Festival.

• In the event of a serious violation of the organizer's on-site safety regulations, or if there are circumstances affecting public safety, the organizer reserves the right to involve law enforcement authorities and will not refund the ticket.

• In case of any special circumstances beyond the scope of the regulations mentioned above, the organizer reserves the right to modify, change, interpret, or cancel the event. For matters not covered herein, please refer to announcements on the ticketing website or social media fan pages, and no separate notification will be provided.

• In the event of inclement weather, force majeure, or upon government agency recommendations for postponement or suspension, the organizer reserves the right to adjust, terminate, or change the event content, venue, and performers at any time.

• Prior to purchasing tickets, please read and agree to the above regulations. If you do not agree, please refrain from purchasing tickets to avoid unnecessary disputes and damages. By purchasing and processing ticket transactions, it will be deemed that you have understood and agreed to abide by all the above terms.

5. 於KKTIX網站購買早鳥四人票或四人預售票，張數請務必選擇4的倍數，以便訂單成立。

1. 根據文化部訂定『藝文表演票券定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項』第六項「退、換票機制」之規定共有四種方案之退換票規定，本節目採用方案一：消費者請求退換票之時限為演出日前10日(不含演出日)，但消費者於退換票時限屆至前購買，迄於時限屆至後始收受票券或於開演前仍未收受票券者，亦得退換票，全家取票因購買當日便可取票則不適用此規範；請求退換票日期以收到退票申請日為準，退票需酌收票面金額10%手續費，限2024/5/21(含)前，若購買早鳥四人票或四人預售票，退換票亦需將四張票券辦理退票，恕不受理單張退票，請詳閱 KKTIX退換票規定。

2. According to the first ticket return plan of Laws & Regulations of“Ministry of Culture”,  tickets are refundable with 10% return handing fee up until 10 days before the event, which means tickets must be RECEIVED by KKTIX on and before 2024/5/21. Tickets RECEIVED on and after 2024/5/22 for refund will NOT be accepted. For KKTIX address, please refer to KKTIX REFUND POLICY.

NOTE: If you choose Family Mart as ticket collect method, you will still need to pick up your ticket at Family Mart and send it to KKTIX.

3. 請勿於拍賣網站或是其他非KKTIX正式授權售票之通路、網站購票、也不要透過陌生代購進行購票，主辦單位與KKTIX均無法保證票券真實性。除可能衍生詐騙案件或交易糾紛外，以免影響自身權益，若發生演出現場無法入場或是其他問題，主辦單位及KKTIX概不負責。
4. 若有任何形式非供自用而加價轉售（無論加價名目為代購費、交通費、補貼等均包含在內）之情事者，已違反社會秩序維護法第64條第2款；且依文化創意產業發展法第十條之一第二項規定，將票券超過票面金額或定價販售者，按票券張數，由直轄市政府、縣（市）政府處每張票面金額之十倍至五十倍罰鍰，請勿以身試法！
5. 一人一票、憑票入場，16歲以下不用購票，本活動開放全年齡參加，未滿16歲需家長/監護人購票陪同方可入場，禁止購買與飲用酒精性飲料及吸菸、購買菸品以及進出吸煙區。本活動場地內外發生之未成年違法行為，主辦單位、演出者將一概不負責，請當事人及監護人自行負責，如經查獲主辦單位將有權驅除離場並不予退費。票券視同有價證券，請妥善保存，如發生遺失、破損、燒毀或無法辨識等狀況，恕不補發。
6. 電子票券為無記名票券，請勿將票券QR Code任意公開或提供給第三人，以防遭人冒領入場。
7. 取票方式選擇電子票券可前往 App Store ／ Google Play 下載KKTIX app，入場時以行動裝置秀出QR Code；或直接列印QR Code 作為入場票券掃描入場。
8. 如遇票券毀損、滅失或遺失，主辦單位將依「藝文表演票券定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項」第七項「票券毀損、滅失及遺失之入場機制：主辦單位應提供消費者票券毀損、滅失及遺失時之入場機制並詳加說明。」之規定辦理，詳情請洽KKTIX客服中心。
9. 請勿攜帶相機、攝影機、DV、錄音機入場，未經主辦單位同意，禁止拍照、錄影、錄音。
10. 本節目禁止攜帶外食、飲料、任何種類之金屬、玻璃、寶特瓶容器、雷射筆、煙火或任何危險物品。
11. 各表演場館各有其入場規定，請持票人遵守之，遲到觀眾需遵守館方管制。
12. 消費者必須以真實姓名購票及填寫有效個人資訊，協助親友購買票券，應取得該個資所有人同意，一旦以虛假資料購買票券已經涉及刑法第二百十條「偽造私文書罪」：「偽造、變造私文書，足以生損害於公眾或他人者，處五年以下有期徒刑。」 ；且依文化創意產業發展法第十條之一第三項規定：「以虛偽資料或其他不正方式，利用電腦或其他相關設備購買藝文表演票券，取得訂票或取票憑證者，處三年以下有期徒刑，或科或併科新臺幣三百萬以下罰金。」主辦單位及KKTIX皆有權利立即取消該消費者訂單，請勿以身試法！
13. 購票前請詳閱注意事項，一旦購票成功視為同意上述所有活動注意事項。
